I've spent 20+ years in mortgage. Most of that was at large national lenders — high volume, loans written across all 50 states, every program imaginable. What that taught me: every loan type exists, every state has its quirks, and most of what people believe about mortgages comes from one thing one loan officer told them once — or something some uncle told them at a family BBQ. Now I run my own shop focused on Michigan, because this is home — and I mean that literally. I grew up in Howell and Brighton, and I live in Milford today, twenty minutes from where I started.

Here's the pitch, straight: I'm a wholesale broker. That means I shop your loan across multiple investor lenders instead of offering one bank's shelf. Usually that means I beat retail rates — not always, and I'll tell you when I can't. No bait-and-switch, no runaround, no upsell. Real number, honest reason behind it.

I close every loan type that comes through the door: FHA, conventional, VA, jumbo, self-employed and bank-statement loans, DSCR for investors, and fix-and-flip. Thousands of families have closed with me across my career. The best new clients come from realtors and past clients referring me — the only lead gen I actually care about.

Before mortgage, I served in the United States Marine Corps. What actually carries over: I call people back fast. I follow through. I don't make excuses when something's my fault. If that sounds like a low bar, it's because most of the industry trips over it.

Off the clock I'm a husband, dad of three, and I coach youth sports. If you close with me, there's a good chance you'll see me at the grocery store in Milford or at a game somewhere between here and Howell. That's the whole point.

Twenty years has taught me one thing: no two situations are the same. So whatever you bring me — first home, fifth home, self-employed, mid-divorce, weird property, complicated story — we'll figure it out.
